Manmohan Singh praised by Jaitely
Jaitely while writing on a blog said that Manmohan Singh was a good finance minister and had brought good economic reforms in the year 1991 when PV Narasimha Rao was the prime minister of India. He called Mr. Singh as a ‘man of scholarship’.
