India’s first voter Shyam Negi is nervous
Kalpa : Himachal Pradesh poll panel plans to honour India’s first voter Shyam Negi who says he is feeling quite nervous because of the huge lime light. The 97 year old retired headmaster has never missed voting in a single election ever since first elections in 1951.
