Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh

The current Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh is Shri Sunil Kumar Kujur. He was a senior IAS officer and was appointed in 2009. Sunil Kumar Kujur basically hails from Bihar and is 1986 batch IAS officer of Chhatisgarh cadre. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and and a post graduate degree in Sociology. He has got training in a FInance related subject of Public Management and Poverty Reduction and HR related ICDS programme UDISHA. Before becoming the CEO, he was working in departments like Water Resources, Science and Technology, Technical Education, etc.
