Chief Electoral Officer of Mizoram

Shri Lalmalswama is the chief Electoral Officer of Mizoram. He was born on 1st March 1958 and is an IAS officer of 1983 batch AGMUT cadre. He has done graduation in subjects like English, History and Economics.
